The Elite Emotional Freedom text messaging service is operated by Healing Hands By Christian, LLC, doing business as Elite Emotional Freedom (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

These terms describe our text messaging program and your choices when you subscribe.

When you expressly opt in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive messages from Elite Emotional Freedom at the mobile number you provide.

Depending on the subscription you choose, messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Program and workshop updates
• Service-related announcements
• Educational resources and event notifications
• Promotional offers and information about our services

Some messages may be sent using automated technology.

Providing your phone number for an inquiry, booking, or purchase does not, by itself, authorize promotional text messages. Promotional messages require a separate, affirmative opt-in.

Participation is voluntary. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency varies according to your subscription, appointments, program participation, and communications with us.

We do not charge a separate fee to receive our text messages. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless provider’s plan. Contact your provider if you have questions about those charges.

You may withdraw your consent at any time.

To unsubscribe, reply STOP to a message from us.

You may also contact us at info@eliteemotionalfreedom.com to request that text messages stop. Other reasonable requests to withdraw consent will be honored as required by applicable law.

After an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming your request. We will process your request as required by applicable law. You will not be required to purchase anything or pay us a fee to unsubscribe.

To resume messages after opting out, follow the subscription instructions provided by our messaging service or contact us for assistance. A new inquiry or purchase does not automatically renew your promotional messaging consent.

Our text messaging service is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency or crisis service.

Please provide a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.

If your number changes or you stop using it, notify us so we can update our records and discontinue messages to the previous number.

If we change our messaging number, we will provide notice where appropriate. You can continue to contact us by email for assistance or to withdraw consent.

Text message delivery depends on your wireless provider, device, network availability, and other factors.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received at a particular time.

For important appointment or service information, please check your email or contact us directly if you have not received an expected message.

We may collect your mobile phone number, messaging preferences, consent records, and message interaction information to operate and support our messaging program.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred to other businesses for their messaging programs.

We may use service providers to deliver and support our messaging service. Any necessary processing by those providers is for operating our program, rather than their independent marketing.
