Answers about personalized support, coaching approach, session structure and getting started.
Please reach us at info@eliteemotionalfreedom.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
No. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you recognize patterns, strengthen self-awareness, develop practical tools, and create intentional change. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a replacement for psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis intervention, or care from a licensed mental-health professional. Coaching and therapy may complement one another, and if your needs fall outside my scope, I will encourage you to seek the appropriate support.
My coaching is not based on a one-size-fits-all formula. Each session is personalized around your unique experiences, goals, comfort level, and where you are in your healing journey.
Rather than focusing only on surface-level coping, we explore the deeper wounds, subconscious beliefs, survival responses, and relationship patterns influencing your emotions, choices, and relationships. Depending on your needs, our work may include clinical hypnotherapy, EFT, somatic practices, guided meditation, CBT-informed reframing, parts integration, art-based exercises, nervous-system regulation, grounding techniques, and a personalized coping-skills toolbox.
We will discuss each approach together, and you will always remain in control of what feels comfortable and appropriate for you.
This is NOT a sales call. This relaxed, 30-minute conversation gives us an opportunity to connect, discuss what you are currently experiencing, and explore what you hope to change. I will answer your questions, explain how I work, and help you determine which coaching option may best support your needs.
The call is the required first step for all potential new clients, but there is no pressure or obligation to enroll. It is simply a chance for both of us to determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
The number of sessions you may need depends on your goals, the depth of the patterns you want to address, and your willingness to apply what you learn between sessions. Some women receive the clarity and support they need in one focused session, while others benefit from ongoing coaching to create deeper, lasting change. We will discuss your needs together and choose an approach that feels right for you—without pressure to commit beyond the support you want. this item.
Yes. All coaching sessions are held virtually, allowing you to receive support from the privacy and comfort of your own space. You will need a quiet, confidential location, a reliable internet connection, and a device with video and audio capabilities.
You do not have to leave your relationship before beginning coaching. Whether you are questioning the relationship, trying to create healthier patterns, preparing to leave, or learning how to protect your peace while remaining, I will meet you where you are without judgment or pressure. Together, we can strengthen your clarity, boundaries, emotional regulation, and self-trust so you can make decisions that feel right for you.
I also offer Couples Coaching when both partners are willing to participate, take accountability, and work toward healthier communication and connection. We can discuss whether individual coaching, couples coaching, or a combination of both would be the most appropriate place to begin. If there is abuse or immediate danger, safety must come first, and couples coaching may not be appropriate.
Answers for partners considering a more supported path toward healthier communication, conflict resolution, and connection.

No. Couples coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process focused on helping you understand relationship patterns, improve communication, develop practical tools, and create intentional changes moving forward. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a substitute for services provided by a licensed marriage and family therapist or other mental-health professional.
Couples coaching and marriage therapy may complement one another. If either partner’s needs fall outside my scope of practice—or concerns arise that require clinical treatment—I will recommend seeking support from an appropriately licensed professional.
My approach begins by understanding the two individuals within the relationship—not only the conflict occurring between them. Each partner receives private sessions before joint coaching begins, allowing us to explore the personal experiences, triggers, beliefs, and patterns influencing the relationship. This creates a deeper foundation for joint sessions focused on awareness, accountability, emotional regulation, healthier communication, and meaningful connection.
Because every couple is different, the tools and strategies we use are personalized to your relationship rather than based on a one-size-fits-all process.
This is NOT a sales call. The complimentary call gives both partners an opportunity to share what is bringing them to coaching, discuss what they hope to change, ask questions, and learn more about my individual-first couples coaching process. It also allows us to determine whether couples coaching is an appropriate fit and whether both partners are willing to participate in the work.
Both partners are required to attend the call for it to be considered a couples coaching consultation. If only one partner attends, the conversation will be approached as an individual coaching consultation, and we can explore how I may support that person with the relationship concerns, boundaries, communication, and choices within their control.
The call is the required first step for all potential new clients, but there is no pressure or obligation to enroll. It is simply a chance for both of us to determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
No. My role is not to choose sides, assign blame, or identify one partner as “the problem.” I help both of you recognize the patterns occurring between you while encouraging each partner to take responsibility for their own choices, behaviors, and responses. Both voices matter, and the goal is to help you stop working against each other and begin addressing the problem together.
Information shared during individual sessions is handled with care and discretion according to the confidentiality terms outlined in your coaching agreement. I will not repeat every detail to your partner; however, themes identified during these sessions may help guide our joint work. If something needs to be addressed together, we will discuss how you can share it honestly and safely rather than using private sessions to create secrets or alliances within the relationship. Legal and safety-related exceptions to confidentiality will also be explained before coaching begins.
Couples coaching may support partners who are navigating infidelity, secrecy, betrayal, or other breaches of trust when both people are willing to be honest, take accountability, and participate in the repair process. We can explore the impact of what happened, establish boundaries and expectations, strengthen communication, and determine what rebuilding trust would require.
Coaching cannot guarantee reconciliation, and I will not pressure either partner to remain in the relationship. The goal is to help you gain clarity and make intentional decisions about whether—and how—you want to move forward.
Every relationship is different, so the total number of sessions will depend on your concerns, goals, history, and both partners’ willingness to participate and apply what you learn.
All couples begin with the individual-first foundation: three private sessions with each partner, followed by the first joint session. This creates an initial foundation of seven coaching sessions. Afterward, we will discuss what we have identified and create a personalized plan for continued joint or individual support. Some couples may need only a limited number of additional sessions, while deeper patterns, damaged trust, or long-standing conflict may require more consistent support.
Yes. All coaching sessions are held virtually, allowing you to receive support from the privacy and comfort of your own space. You will need a quiet, confidential location, a reliable internet connection, and a device with video and audio capabilities.
You can still begin with individual relationship coaching. We can work on the patterns, boundaries, communication, emotional responses, and choices within your control while helping you gain greater clarity about what you need from the relationship.
One partner’s growth can positively influence the relationship dynamic, but it cannot guarantee that the other partner will change. Couples coaching can begin when both partners are willing to participate, take accountability, and engage in the process.

No. Parts Integration is a coaching and subconscious-change process—not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.
The work focuses on the beliefs, protective responses, inner conflicts, and patterns affecting your life today. Rather than diagnosing or treating a mental-health condition, I help you understand what may be keeping you stuck and support you in creating healthier internal responses.
I do not rely on one modality or force every client through the same process. Parts Integration may be the foundation of our work, but healing is personal, and different responses may require different forms of support.
Based on your individual needs, comfort level, and readiness, I may also incorporate clinical hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, somatic practices, guided meditation, CBT-informed reframing, creative expression, grounding techniques, or guided reflection. Each tool offers a different way to work with subconscious beliefs, protective responses, nervous-system regulation, and conscious integration.
These modalities are thoughtfully combined within your Parts Integration experience—not treated as separate add-ons with additional fees. This allows me to support the whole person instead of depending on a single technique and hoping it addresses everything you need.
No. Parts Integration and clinical hypnotherapy are different approaches, although they may be used together.
Parts Integration focuses on identifying and working with the protective parts connected to an internal conflict, repeating pattern, emotional reaction, or resistance to change. Clinical hypnotherapy uses focused relaxation to quiet mental distractions and make it easier to work with subconscious beliefs and automatic responses.
Depending on your needs and comfort level, I may recommend incorporating hypnotherapy into the Parts Integration process. However, hypnosis would never be used without discussing it with you first and receiving your clear knowledge and consent. You remain aware, able to communicate, and in control throughout the experience.
No. Clinical hypnotherapy is not mind control, and you will not be unconscious or forced to reveal anything. You remain aware, able to communicate, and in control throughout the process.
Hypnotherapy may be used to help quiet the busy conscious mind so we can support change at the subconscious level. You decide what you are comfortable exploring, and you can pause or stop the process at any time.
This is NOT a sales call. The complimentary call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we discuss what you are currently experiencing, what you have already tried, and what you hope will feel different.
I will explain how Parts Integration works, answer your questions, assess whether my approach appears appropriate for your needs, and help you understand which option may offer the best support. The call is not a coaching or Parts Integration session, and you are not obligated to book afterward.
The call is the required first step for all potential new clients, but there is no pressure or obligation to enroll. It is simply a chance for both of us to determine whether working together feels like the right fit.
You do not have to determine that by yourself. During your complimentary call, we will discuss what you are experiencing, what you would like to change, and how deeply the issue appears to be affecting different areas of your life.
From there, I can recommend the session length that may best support your needs. A focused concern may be appropriate for a shorter session, while a deeply rooted or interconnected pattern may benefit from a longer intensive session. You will understand your options before deciding whether to move forward.
No. Parts Integration focuses on understanding the protective part that is affecting you today—not uncovering or reliving the story behind how it developed.
That part may have formed to protect you during a time when its response was needed. Although its intention may still be protective, the fear, belief, or behavior it uses may no longer serve you in your life today.
Rather than searching for forgotten memories, we gently explore what the part is trying to protect you from and what it needs to feel safe now. The goal is to help loosen the grip the old protective response has on you so you can begin releasing what no longer serves you, respond differently, and move forward in your healing.
You do not need to know which part is involved—or even understand why you feel stuck—before the session begins. Many clients simply recognize that they want to change, yet something inside continues resisting, reacting, or returning to the same pattern.
I will gently guide you through the process using your present-day thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and responses. There is nothing you need to figure out beforehand, and you will not be expected to uncover forgotten memories.
The number of sessions will depend on what you want to address, how deeply the pattern is affecting your life, and whether other protective parts or connected concerns emerge during the process.
Some clients experience meaningful insight and movement around a focused issue during one intensive. More complex or long-standing patterns—especially those involving relationships, attachment, self-worth, or several conflicting protective responses—may benefit from additional sessions.
You will not be pressured into ongoing work or asked to commit before understanding your needs. After your intensive, we can discuss what shifted, what may still need support, and whether another session would be beneficial. You remain in control of whether and when you continue.
The recommended length and frequency will depend on the issue we are working to address. In some cases, I may recommend one longer intensive followed by another session two to four weeks later, rather than scheduling a 90-minute intensive every week. A longer session may give us the time needed to explore the protective response more fully without rushing the process.
Other concerns may be better suited to shorter, more frequent sessions. We will discuss what you are experiencing, how deeply the pattern is affecting you, and how you respond after each session before deciding on the most supportive next step.
Yes. Sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from a private and comfortable space of your choosing.
Before your session, you will receive guidance on preparing your space, limiting interruptions, and having anything you may need nearby. For your safety and ability to remain fully present, sessions cannot be completed while driving or responsible for supervising children or another person.

The Platinum Program is not a one-size-fits-all course or a collection of videos you are expected to navigate alone. It combines 12 weekly 90-minute private coaching sessions with guided learning modules, reflective workbooks, emotional check-ins, meditations, personalized healing recordings, and practical tools you can use in your daily life.
I also do not rely on one modality or expect one technique to meet every need. Depending on your goals, comfort, and readiness, I may incorporate Parts Integration, Somatic healing practices, Clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT, CBT-informed tools, guided reflection, therapeutic art-based exercises, and personalized coping strategies. These tools are incorporated as appropriate without additional modality-based fees and are never used without your knowledge and consent.
This program may be right for you if you are tired of repeating painful emotional or relationship patterns and want more than surface-level advice. You do not need to have everything figured out, but you do need to be willing to look honestly at what is keeping you stuck, remain open to new approaches, and practice what you learn between sessions.
During your complimentary discovery call, we will discuss what you are experiencing, what you have already tried, and what you hope to change. I will help you determine whether the Platinum Program—or another level of support—appears to be the most appropriate fit.
No. Although the program was created with a deep understanding of emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, toxic relationship cycles, generational trauma, and attachment wounds, you do not need to identify with a particular label or have a diagnosed history of trauma to benefit.
The program may also support women who struggle with people-pleasing, boundary guilt, self-doubt, emotional triggers, unhealthy communication patterns, fear of abandonment, relationship anxiety, or losing themselves while caring for everyone else.
Yes. All coaching sessions are held virtually, allowing you to receive support from the privacy and comfort of your own space. You will need a quiet, confidential location, a reliable internet connection, and a device with video and audio capabilities.
You will meet with me privately for one 90-minute virtual coaching session each week. Your sessions are personalized around what you are experiencing, the module you are working through, and the patterns or challenges requiring additional support.
Between sessions, you will move through guided learning modules and may complete reflection exercises, workbook activities, emotional check-ins, meditations, or practical assignments. You may also receive personalized tools or healing recordings based on your needs. The process is structured enough to provide direction while remaining flexible enough to meet you where you are.
You should plan for your weekly 90-minute private session, along with additional time to engage with the module and apply what you are learning. The time needed between sessions will vary depending on the lesson, exercises, and your personal pace.
You are not expected to complete everything perfectly or rush through the material. The goal is meaningful integration—not checking off assignments. Consistent engagement and honest participation are more important than perfection.
You do not need to know how to explain everything before we begin. Many women enter the program knowing only that something feels wrong, they are exhausted from repeating the same patterns, or they no longer want to feel the way they do.
We will begin with what feels most present and manageable. You remain in control of what you share, and no additional modality or exercise will be introduced during your session without discussing it with you first. Trust is built gradually, and you will never be expected to reveal more than you feel ready to explore.
Healing is an everyday process—not something that only happens during your weekly session. Difficult days, old reactions, moments of resistance, or falling behind in the material do not mean you are failing or losing your progress.
Resistance often appears when something is beginning to shift and a protective part of you feels uncertain about the change. This is valuable to bring into our sessions because we can become curious about what was activated, what it is trying to protect, and what it may need to feel safe moving forward.
If you begin feeling overwhelmed or fall behind, the most important thing is to communicate with me rather than withdrawing or trying to catch up alone. We can discuss what is getting in the way, prioritize what will support you most, and create a manageable path forward. You will also have lifetime access to the program materials, allowing you to revisit the lessons and tools after the 12-week coaching experience ends.
Yes. The 90-Day Platinum Program is my highest level of support and includes 12 weekly private coaching sessions. Depending on availability and your individual needs, other pathways may include appointments scheduled every two or three weeks or a self-paced learning option without private coaching.
These are separate pathways from the 90-Day Platinum Program and may differ in duration, pricing, accountability, and the level of personalized support included. During your complimentary call, we can discuss your goals, schedule, preferred level of support, and budget to determine which option may fit you best.
No. This is a coaching and personal-development program, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, crisis care, or a substitute for services from a licensed medical or mental-health professional. I do not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions through this program.
Coaching may complement work you are already doing with a licensed provider when appropriate. If your needs fall outside my scope, I may recommend that you seek support from a qualified medical or mental-health professional before beginning or continuing coaching.
Your privacy matters. I follow HIPAA-aligned privacy and security practices and treat the personal information you share with care and discretion. Sessions are conducted virtually, and you should participate from a private location where you feel comfortable speaking openly.
Your information will not be shared without your written permission except when disclosure is required by law or necessary because of an immediate safety concern. Privacy practices, communication boundaries, and applicable exceptions will be clearly explained in your coaching agreement before the program begins.
A preferred pay-in-full investment is available for clients who choose to complete their payment at enrollment. Qualified applicants may also apply for third-party financing through providers such as Klarna, Afterpay, or PayPal, subject to each provider’s eligibility requirements and approval.
During your discovery call, we will review the current program investment and available checkout options. All payment terms will be clearly explained before you decide whether to enroll.
The first step is to book a complimentary discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we will discuss what you are experiencing, what you want to change, and the level of support that may best meet your needs.
I will explain the available options, answer your questions, and help you determine whether we are a good fit. If you decide to move forward, you will receive your enrollment information, coaching agreement, payment instructions, and guidance for preparing for the program.

A complimentary call gives you space to share what you are experiencing, ask questions, and explore which path may best support you.
There is no pressure or obligation to enroll.
